We have four (very nice) rooms available for independent practitioners consulting in health, education and related fields. All include access to wifi, bathroom, waiting room and kitchen (with fridge, microwave and excellent espresso machine).
Month by month agreement: $26.40 for two hours, $52.80 for four hours, $105.60 for eight hours, $132 for whole day (24 hours).
6 month or 12 month agreement: This suits people who want a more regular arrangement. $22 for two hours, $44 for four hours, $88 for eight hours, $110 for whole day (24 hours).

Room 1
Room 1 is a downstairs room with a classic vibe, with a window facing east to Junction Street. Furnished with a leather suite; two one-seaters and one two-seater couch. Desk with fully adjustable Gregory ergonomic chair, small child’s table with two matching chairs (not visible), and a hand basin in the corner. Ceiling fan, with four downlights on a dimmer. Wool carpet. Two lockable filing cabinets. (3.3 x 3.8 metres)
Room 3
Room 3 is a very light modern room, upstairs at the back of the building, with windows facing north and a window facing west. White timber blinds to keep the light subdued (as in photos) if you wish. Tastefully furnished with black leather couch (adjustable sides, can be made flat for psychoanalytic work, also great for naps), white leather seat, matching dark cotton seat, side-table, and desk with fully adjustable chair. Uplight, as well as downlights with dimmers. Quiet, reverse cycle air-conditioning. Wool carpet. (3.00 x 4.85 metres)
Room 4
Room 4 is a very light room upstairs, long, with a window facing west. Lovely and warm on winter afternoons, but with white timber blinds to keep the sun out and reverse air-conditioning unit (model selected for speech therapy, to be as quiet as possible) in the summer. Two matching chairs on one side of the room. Long table on other side of the room with one adjustable chair and one fixed chair. Small table and chairs suitable for work with small children. Downlights on ceiling and a desk lamp. Plenty of storage either in lockable desk-to-ceiling cabinets or lockable filing cabinets. (2.5 x 4.0 metres)
Room 5
Room 5 is a very light room upstairs, with a window and balcony facing east to Junction Street. It is the largest room in the clinic, with lots of space for movement. White timber blinds to keep the light subdued (as in photos) if you wish. Height adjustable table (attachable cut out available) with fully adjustable Gregory ergonomic chair, and various children’s and adult chairs. Three swivelling downlights on adjustable rod on ceiling. Wool carpet. (4.1 x 3.8 metres)
